In an episode full of tears and triumphs, angel investor Steve Bolton swaps with carer Val, who dreams of starting her own Zimbabwean restaurant. Millionaire Steve lives in one of Bournemouth most upmarket suburbs, and his children Charlie and Ella have their own annexe in a million-pound home. In Portsmouth, Val and her mum Cleo live in a council house that has seen better days and with three kids and only £52 spending money a week, every day is a struggle. Val and Cleo take to the royal box at Newbury races, while Steve, Ell and Charlie learn to cook cow's foot stew. While Val is inspired to move on her business dream, Steve and his kids have some of the best quality time in their lives.
