The Game of Death or Youth

Following the death of Kiryu Chiaki, the school’s star student and class representative, admired for her academic brilliance – her best friend, Ochiai Akane, is unable to accept her death, insisting that she cannot believe Chiaki would have taken her own life.

As information about Chiaki is leaked on social media, suspicion toward the school grows among the students. Despite demanding that the school investigate the cause of her apparent suicide, they receive no satisfactory explanation. Then, Murase Sosuke, a classmate whom Akane secretly harbors feelings for, devises a mysterious “death game” in an attempt to uncover the truth behind Chiaki’s death.
