The Boy and I Who Will Break Up in 100 Days

A bit of a spoiler maybe - they really do break up and this doesn't have a happy ending. I don't know if that's really a spoiler or just common sense given the title of the show. It's about a gay couple who end up going viral after an interview and they agree to do a documentary on their lives, leaving out that they are in trouble romantically. I won't give anything else away, but I will say this, there is some frustration on the part of the viewer while watching this. While both guys should have communicated better, one of them really was the one that ruined their relationship. During the documentary, he realizes that he is wrong and that his actions were the main reason they broke up. He takes a long hard look at himself and the person that he is and realizes he needs to change; but the problem is he never apologizes to the boyfriend he wronged. Not once. Of course, an apology might not fix their problems, but he really owed it to the boyfriend and that never happens. Instead, it ends sadly with them going their separate ways, both missing the other and knowing that they can't go back.
