The visit of the public advocate invited by the film crew ends in a complete fiasco: the residents of the Pentagon clearly do not intend to fight for their rights. A drunken firefighter accidentally met in a cafe passes a cruel sentence on Aunt Natasha and her neighbors: "This is a home for those who could not realize themselves."
