Air Ways

Air Ways is an Australian factual television series broadcast on the Seven Network, narrated by Corinne Grant and produced by Lyndal Marks, the executive producer in charge of Border Security. It began screening in July 2009 and was filmed in airports including Melbourne, Coolangatta, Rockhampton, Mackay, Adelaide, Launceston, Hobart and Alice Springs.

Air Ways follows the day-to-day operations of budget Australian airline Tiger Airways Australia. It has a similar premise to the successful UK factual television series Airline.

Air Ways returned for a second series on Sunday, 7 February 2010.

Episode 12

A dad is eager to return to Sydney to see his wife and his young children, but his flight has been cancelled and all other Sydney flights that day are full. It's Friday night and for the third week in a row - the last plane to Adelaide looks like it could be cancelled. Three friends are desperate to get home, and it won't be a happy place if they have to spend another night in Melbourne! Josie is desperate to get to Adelaide to see her sister who has a rare disease and is under going a major procedure on her heart. But when her plane is delayed there's a lot of upset and she can now only hope the flight will arrive in time for her to get to the hospital.
