Ciska asks Sam about his nightmare, Tertius and Tracy both want to move on, and Naomi wants to be a nurse again.

Tertius discovers where Tracy and Leah are living, and Ciska tries to force Sam to reveal the truth about his situation. Love is in the air!

Ciska has something up her sleeve, but is caught red-handed. Brenda threatens to stop Sam's treatment, and a certain couple renew their vows during an emotional ceremony.

Sam's port wine birth mark causes more chaos in several people's lives. Karen's struggle with events in her recent past drive her to extremes, and Tracy is forced to face reality.

Steve and Nicolette cross swords over Bronwyn, Tracy battles to find a sitter for Leah, and Tertius thinks they should look at other options. Delia tries to convince Conrad and Steve to appoint Naomi in a new position.

Delia surprises Naomi with a work proposal that she cannot, and will not refuse. Tracy has to make a difficult decision regarding Leah, and Bronwyn is confronted with the stark reality of a care unit.

Ella makes Robert an impromptu offer that she almost immediately regrets. Steve’s career decision comes as a surprise to everybody, and Tracy wages a semi-manic war against peanuts.

Ella tries to take back her offer, Nicolette is shocked when she finds out about Steve’s decision, and Tracy feels despondent after a visit to Leah’s pediatrician.

One of Binneland’s doctor’s starts saying goodbye, Ella and Uys are at loggerheads about LJ, and everyone is more supportive than Tracy expected.

Tracy and Kristien are very nervous before Fiona’s course, and Ella is cautious about her new flatmate. Thalia and LJ share an awkward moment.

Uys gives Ella advice about LJ, and Naomi is concerned about Thalia’s relationship with LJ. Conrad asks for Delia’s advice regarding an unexpected offer, and Nicolette is frustrated with her situation.

At tries to convince Laetitia to go through with an operation, Ella is on the back foot when LJ stirs up trouble at school, and Delia is curious about a case Lukas is working on.

LJ refuses to be honest with Ella, and Nicolette hears a famous surgeon is coming to talk to the registrars. Lukas is getting closer to finding Laetitia, and Delia still does not know that Laetitia is At’s wife.

Naomi and Louis forbid Thalia from having anything to do with LJ, and Max is impressed by Nicolette’s quick action. At puts plans in place to hide Laetitia, and Lukas has a narrow escape.

Nicolette proves herself to be quite the operator in her attempt to ensure that she qualifies for the January intake of registrars, and Delia is shocked when her suspicions regarding Gretha Havenga are confirmed.

Delia wants to confront Conrad about Laetitia, Thalia tries to convince LJ that he needs to tell Ella the truth, and a nervous Annetjie prepares for the knit-marathon.

Things are not looking great for Nicolette, Laetitia tells her side of the story, and Ella has had enough of LJ.

Joe’s heart goes out to an assault patient, and Sally mistakes Ella for Marissa. Tracy is upset with Tertius, and Uys annoys Nicolette to no end.

Annetjie feels hurt because Elise is ignoring her, and Esra finds out Jonas has been attacked and is in a critical condition. Cecile and Bonnie make a bet.

Elise finally arrives home, Bonnie realises Karen may have a new boyfriend and Delia asks Louis to help with an emergency. Laetitia’s health is waning fast.

Laetitia makes an important decision and Henry avoids Ella. Elise’s next visit to Home Affairs does not have a positive outcome and Louis is being threatened.

Elise tries to get legal advice and Louis tries his best to get Naomi out of the country. Laetitia has not woken up.

Louis becomes worried that the organ-syndicate is still active. Elise is surprised when she learns she might have a guest from Italy and it looks like Rian might finally have his eye on a lady again.

LJ finds something that might help them to locate Emile and Louis receives mysterious phone calls. Uys and Cecile play cat and mouse, and At fears for Laetitia’s health.

Mercia’s "herbal tea" upsets Thalia, and Delia gets a big surprise. Ella has a narrow escape, and Sally is satisfied with her progress.

Riekie wants to flee from everybody after an incident at Mimi’s. The new ER can’t accommodate the overflow of patients, and Joe suspects what is causing Mercia’s pain.

Riekie discovers shocking news, and Mercia makes a new friend - Francie. Delia’s head is spinning, and Ella and Henry are trying to hold things together.

Mercia gets new medication, but Louis feels uneasy about the situation. LJ feels more and more disturbed and emotional about Riekie, and Sally gives her helper his final instructions.

Louis and Mercia seem to be on the same page, and Delia appoints someone to help her with the ER crisis. Riekie realises that Ella is in danger.

Amor’s appointment ruffles a few of Binneland’s staff’s feathers. Mercia gets a new idea to entertain the elderly at Eikehof, and Lukas arrives with someone at Conrad and Delia’s.

Mercia comes up with a brilliant plan to help the Eikehoffers, but Francie is not impressed. Delia is delighted that Lukas has apparently finally found love, and Rian surprises Delia by not being onboard with her newest plan.

Mercia believes her plans to make money will be to the benefit of the Eikenhoffers. Riekie wants to start making amends, and Conrad starts to wonder about Lukas’ girlfriend.

Conrad notices everything is not as it seems with Imke. There is an explosion in Pretoria and the ER is overwhelmed. Mercia is selling “patterns” Tonik.

Amor and Nicolette are getting more friendly, and Henry lays his heart bare. Conrad questions Lukas’ relationship.

Mercia's embarrassment forces her to want to flee back to England. Binneland’s new couple decides to be honest with the younger generation, and Nicolette thinks she recognizes someone in the Koster-household.

Imke is worried that her true identity will be revealed, and Amor has good advice for Rian. Henry is happy that things are finally starting to work for Riekie.

Nicolette confirms Conrad’s suspicions about Imke, and Uys starts showing an unexpected softer side. Mercia goes to view an available townhouse at Eikehof.

Conrad finds out more about Desiré, and LJ and Riekie begin to trust each other more. Mercia decides, against her will, to move to Eikenhoff, and but Francie gives her a reason to be excited.

Conrad confronts Lukas about the lies he told them, Uys goes the extra mile to make Leah’s gift special, and Riekie takes LJ’s advice.

It is Leah’s birthday, and Uys’ gift is very thoughtful. Lukas tells Conrad the truth, and Kristien shares upsetting news with Delia.
