During the meeting, POK-MAN wantonly provokes NGAI-YAN and tramples upon her feelings, but is beaten up by YAT-SING as a result. In the wake of this, POK-MAN threatens to file a lawsuit, swearing to put YAT-SING in jail. Having decided to tender his resignation, YAT-SING instead tries to comfort NGAI-YAN; whereas NGAI-YAN not only forgives NGAI-SHUN, but also re-builds their sibling relationship. After the chairman of Lap Ming Group is arrested on suspicion of fraud, trading in Lap Ming's shares is halted on the stock market, and subsequently implicates the investors of the Ching Lam Project.
