Atayal director Pilin Yabu's 2009 documentary tracks the making of the award-winning film, Msgamil: Once Upon a Time, directed by Wen-Pin Chen. It reveals the complex processes involved in the collaboration between a non-local film crew and locals from the Atayal villages Cinsbu and Smangus.
