While playing Cops and Robbers with his friends, Daniel begins to realize that between catching and being caught there is something more going on.

When these half dozen friends decide to play a game, they decide to pick the teams by walking towards each other toe-to-toe. I remember doing that as a kid, and haven't thought about it in probably fifty years! Thereafter this proves to be an energetically if simply drawn animation that follows the two teams as they don't so much play cops and robbers as hide and seek - only with the captured party confined to a beach bench until there is an overall winner. The often quite frenetic action is all presented from a POV perspective which I think gives this quite an attractive degree of personal urgency but equally, it robs it of much by way of perspective and I thought purpose too. It's still worth a watch, if only for the break-neck pace of the thing.
