A plane from France is flying to America. A journalist, François, a passenger on the plane, is dozing in his seat, gazing at the magnificent spectacle of the starry sky. Suddenly, François rubs his eyes; in the middle of the Milky Way, he spots eight reindeer galloping, pulling Santa's sleigh; the entire team is moving parallel to and at the same speed as the plane. François grabs his typewriter and types a cable to New York: "Santa Claus is following the plane; we will arrive together in New York tomorrow morning." In New York, the announcement sent by the French journalist is displayed on a giant LED screen. The cable is sent several times, and an animated advertisement is inserted between each transmission. In the street, crowds gather to watch the LED screen. Inside a drugstore, all the customers also rush to see the announcement...
