Guardián de tortugas

Elías Moisés, a resident of Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, has dedicated a large part of his life to the care, protection, and rescue of turtles. His mission is to raise awareness, protect them, and—most importantly—return them to the wild, preventing their hunting and consumption.
