A film miniature to classical music by Fryderyk Chopin, Mazurka in A minor, Op. 17, No. 4, arranged and performed by Arnold Dąbrowski. A sentimental, romantic, and lyrical " journey " through Polish landscapes, like a memory recalled from somewhere beyond the fog. The image is in sepia. This subtle hue of an old photograph is only occasionally interrupted by a sudden burst of color, an intensified lushness of green, or a stronger accent of spot and line. The delicate horizon line evokes a graphic space of colorful checkerboard fields and meadows. We follow a leaf carried by the wind to admire the effect its shadow creates on the water. A sudden gust sends thousands of dandelions high into the air, creating a graphic procession that freezes for a moment, and just as suddenly as it appeared, it disappears. In its place, a butterfly swoops in. It enchants with a play of colors, shapes, and the shapes of its wings.
