The Pause

Caught up in the thrill of a flirty online chat, a young woman playfully decides to take an explicit selfie. Just as she is about to hit "send," a sudden power outage plunges her room into darkness. She imagines the terrifying reality of what will happen next an overwhelming flood of notifications and the panic of a mistake she cannot erase. When the lights snap back on, she is forced to make a decision. The Pause is a tense, dialogue-free film that challenges the audience to think twice, pause, and choose carefully before taking an action they can't take back.
