Four months after the brutal murder of her best friend, Annie, sharp-tongued, hot-headed, fiercely opinionated, and unexpectedly tenderm, decides silence has lasted long enough. Inspired by a case that hits too close to home, she rents two billboards on the outside of Falcão and turns them into a public reckoning.
