Dylan Williams’ compelling new documentary follows a handful of surgeons who carry the healthcare needs of an entire nation on their shoulders. At the center is Faustin Ntirenganya, one of only two reconstructive plastic surgeons in Rwanda, responsible for patients from across the country—fourteen million people.
