In a quiet café in Alexandria, Amr, an introverted and reserved young man, meets Maryam, a captivating girl surrounded by scandal after her ex-boyfriend’s tragic suicide. Despite his friend Mostafa’s warnings, Amr becomes fascinated by her. Their connection quickly grows from innocent curiosity to an intense, unstable relationship filled with emotional chaos — tears, laughter, and threats of self-destruction. As the bond deepens, Amr begins to uncover his own dark side, realizing he’s no longer the victim but the abuser. The story ends with Maryam’s death, and yet Amr continues his life unaffected — sitting again across from another girl, Sara, sharing the same haunting look that started it all.
