Colonel Smith

Colonel Smith arrives from the United States and does a lot of trouble in "one big good country" (kills a mushroom, blows a railway bridge with a train, poisons a well, etc.). The creators express hope that the saboteur will be caught in the next part of the film, but it did not come.
