Leo watches "ELECTROMAN" on his TV, his favorite cartoon. Unfortunately, the loud and incessant noises made by his family members prevent him from enjoying it fully. He tries to put an end to it, but no one seems to give him the attention he demands, leaving a child who wants to imitate his electric superhero unsupervised.
