Meet the residents and workers of The Arc SF, the Bay Area’s largest learning and resource center for individuals with developmental disabilities and Citizen Film’s newest partners. Even during the ongoing pandemic, The Arc SF remains dedicated to their mission of empowering their clients to live lives with dignity, self-determination, and independence.
