Derek "Dirt" Roberts is the top lieutenant for Big Boss, a criminal mastermind who rose through the ranks from a "corner boy" to become the city's most powerful organized criminal. When the two grow apart, Dirt hatches an elaborate plan to leave the organization. This plan is interrupted when he comes face to face with Clutch, a rogue detective on a mission to find and rescue his partner and clear his name.
