Jack, a celebrated screenwriter, finds his world shaken when he encounters a cutting-edge AI scriptwriting system. Initially skeptical, he soon realises the AI not only matches his skills, but even surpasses him in empathy and understanding of human emotions. Torn between his pride and fear of obsolescence, Jack is offered a chance to write a film solely with the AI.

Definitely worth a watch, although not action packed it will grab you in of you think about the implications, the movie brings up many points that take on almost new more powerful meaning when remember it was written by a robot, not a humans commentaryMany points were brought up and argued for and against in the movie, unironically it had some fire lines my favorite line is "Story telling isn't about arranging words in a order that makes sense" which hit me a crucial moment as it described exactly what I thought was missing in this movieIt has the order correct indeed each act is so obvious you can almost see it. But something is still just...missing, it has all the bricks some beautiful carved, but it lacks quality mortar. Some moments lose power due to weak word choicesReading the script it's self along with the snapshot sof the actual GPT prompts I was most impressed not from the dialog or plot, I figured Ai would get that rather well, no I was impressed by it's use of imagery, like having the beginning more optimistic scenes happen in day time, while as story goes on more and more scenes happen in cold night also having rainfall during sad scenes And my personal favorite that I will demonstrate with the background pics, Jack starts out above the machine it's superior In power. But as movie progresses he feels less in power and begins to fall lower andlower both physically and metaphorically It was fascinating to watch the story take such real world feeling controversial issues like having movie execs pressure Jake into using only Ai due to it being more cost efficient. It was also Intresting to see Ai write itself as the villain of this story But again my criticism lies in that something was just missing something in the minor details, also in fact Ai is kinda obsessed with making 'perfect' charcters. A topic they actually touch on in the film where Ai tells Jack to basically stop giving his charcters flaws and make them perfect heros It was also Intresting to see how much the humans on the team had to help although they do point out that thier involvement was really nothing more then if actual co writing with a real person. Even using the actual writer union laws which state writer must do 30% or more of work to get on credits All the humans did was help give guidelines, help it remember details of charcters and have Ai make multiple scene, plot points/twists then picked best ones And of course I want to add that the music was perfect, it did a great job of amplifying the emotions of both viewer and the scene Martin A vast Villiger is incredibly talented.
