The Undying Flame

A poet, grieving the recent loss of their lover, is visited by Death one night, who tells them that there’s only one day left until the world ends. On that day, they struggle to come to terms with this news, tormented with existential questions as they search for a final glimpse of meaning in the short time that’s left.
