Along the way, they must make a Christmas tree stand, say 'Merry Christmas' as many times as possible, make the longest piece of confectionery, eat as much confectionery as possible, transfer some rice to a pan, make a Santa beard out of something unexpected, and stack plates and bowls on their head.

Along the way, they must complete a surprise memory test, make the best snowman, herd some Santa Claus balls, melt a candle clock, and decorate the prettiest Christmas tree hat.

This single episode Christmas special, featuring the cast of season 6, aired on the 25th of December 2022. In this episode, the contestants must find an almond, predict what another contestant will do with an item, give the Taskmaster a surprising Christmas gift, make their own Christmas wish come true, and try to end up with the lit Christmas tree.

A single-episode Christmas special of Stormester aired on the 25th of December 2023, featuring the contestants from season 7 of the show: Anders Lund Madsen, Hadi Ka-koush, Jesper Ole Feit Andersen, Kathrine Abrahamsen, and Petra Nagel. The contestants must do the right Christmas thing, daringly put an Easter egg in an eggcup, find all 10 ducks hidden in the lab, make the best Santa Claus using a photocopier, and play their Christmas sounds right.

On the 31st of October 2021, a short Stormester special was broadcast in two parts, during the Knæk Cancer Live telethon, to raise money for the fight against cancer. Knæk Cancer (‘Break Cancer’) is an annual week of television broadcast in Denmark on TV2, usually in October, which culminates in a live charity telethon. Knæk Cancer’s flower logo (or ‘Knæk Cancer-blomst’) is an iconic emblem, and easily recognised by all Danes. The special featured just three contestants, who had to create the second-biggest Knæk Cancer flower, and a portrait of one of their fellow contestants using items no-one else has used. The studio segments of this special were filmed at The Glass Hall in the Tivoli Gardens amusement park.

A single-episode New Year's Special of Stormester aired on the 3rd of January 2025, featuring Clement Kjersgaard, Ditte Hansen, Fredrik Trudslev, Liam O'Connor, Rosa Kildahl.

Christmas Special 2025 was the first two-part holiday season special of Stormester and aired on TV2 between 25 December 2025 and 1 January 2026. The special featured the Season 9 contestants Ane Høgsberg, David Minerba, Lars Hjortshøj, Mette Søndergaard, and Mikkel Klint Thorius, and was won by Ane Høgsberg.
