Hikaru has joined Rescue Force that protects people from disasters, with his code name being R1. However, everyone else calls Hikaru "the apprentice". A fire broke out on an artificial island. It is a super-disaster caused by Maare, San, and Sica of the evil faction Neo Terror. Rescue Force members equip with powered-up suits and carry out rescue operations, but the fire does not subside. R1 boarded the Rescue Striker.
