11. Most Evil Monster President

The Mayor is the mastermind of the monster incidents in the town! He had hired Dino the monster tamer to chase away the town's residents in order to build a big casino. As the final step of his plan, he tries to release the most evil monster, the Monster President, from the pot where it had been sealed for centuries.
