Sensing that Angela is unable to answer a question in class, Gina blurts out that Angela is also taking a vow of silence to protest poor teacher wages. Not only does keeping quiet become more difficult than it seems, a recent rainstorm releases Josephine from her vows; and she can think of many ways to use her voice that may get Angela talking.
