Tito Bisleri (Baby Etchecopar) is a police officer whose wife and daughter were murdered in a terrorist attack. In the first episode, Bisleri is seen at the cemetery leaving flowers on his family’s graves. The officer tries to fight the corruption around him as a form of revenge for his family’s death.
Tito operates in a very corrupt environment: a police unit with some crooked cops, a politician named Miranda (played by Enzo Viena) who is involved in arms and drug trafficking, and Ramírez, who is investigating Miranda—only to have terrible luck. When Ramírez finally obtains an important piece of information, three of Miranda’s men catch him with his secretary, take compromising photos to blackmail him, and steal the diskettes containing the crucial data.
