Yugo Kochi, together with Waku Motoki and Tatsuru Matsuo, obtains freshly squeezed milk and heads to a local supermarket to buy supplies so they can make their own cheese. After purchasing the bare essentials for food and camping, they also stumble upon an unexpected "treasure."

However, that discovery sparks a disagreement among the three, leading to the first-ever falling out between teammates in Wild Tripper!!?

Later, Kochi tries hitchhiking to reach a hot spring where he has always wanted to go, one known for its view of swans. But with sunset fast approaching, he decides to use the "Golden Whistle" that Shigeyuki Totsugi gave him during the previous leg of the journey. The whistle's effect ends up dramatically changing the course of the rest of their trip through Hokkaido.
