Emilio meets with a potential client at The Pavilion and tries to make a strong first impression to land his first booking and prove he can run his father’s business. After the meeting, he waits anxiously for the call back, hoping he got the job done.
As he waits, we’re introduced to the chaotic staff—Willie, Maggie, Robert, and Randy—whose day-to-day behavior shows why running the place is so difficult. We also meet Megafone, Emilio’s sarcastic talking dog only he can hear, constantly commenting on how badly things are going.
As everything around him starts to fall apart, Emilio is left hoping the one call that matters goes his way.
Randy builds a new trail to impress Emilio and show him a guided hike experience for future guests at The Pavilion. Maggie immediately struggles, forgetting the camera and losing her cabin keys, while Willie warns everyone about snakes on the trail that no one takes seriously.
As Emilio tries to oversee everything, the simple hike turns into a chaotic disaster, showing once again that nothing at The Pavilion ever goes as planned.
Emilio gives everyone the day off at The Pavilion, thinking it will be an easy break from the chaos. That plan immediately falls apart when Randy’s brother Bruno shows up unexpectedly at work, and Emilio learns his father is on the way to inspect the business.

Bruno shows up at work just to slack off while Robert ends up doing most of the work as usual. As chaos unfolds across the property, Emilio keeps checking his phone, waiting and hoping for a call about a new booking that could finally turn things around.
