The OMGCITY MASSACRE! was a video previously uploaded by Eida Machinima at some point in 2009. It's associated with the Kulcs investigation, and was discovered in the map blemor.

"This was a very old and later deleted video by Eida, though it's so obscure that I actually don't have any metadata about it like I do for many of the others. All I know is that this video is from some time in 2009"
