Meowcats returns from a 2 year hiatus with a new episode unveiling more about Tylin's past.

There is a serial killer on the loose in the Meowcats Neighborhood. A very young and very dangerous serial killer. Following the murder of Kali Tahisha, Meowcats & Tylin try and find Mudkip, the most dangerous criminal in history.

Meowcats is frustrated with why evil people like Mudkip exist. So she speaks to Fina, the goddess of the world, and learns that good and evil cannot exist without the other; there must be a yang to the yin.
