While the entire Martini family is on holiday in Puglia, a mysterious man leaves an envelope addressed to Elena, Lele's deceased first wife, in the mailbox of the villa in Poggio Fiorito.
Valerio, Elena's former piano teacher, tries to get to know Anna with the excuse of a rap concert and seems too interested in the affairs of the Martini house. Meanwhile, Sara, without consulting Lorenzo, signs the compromise for the purchase of a villa.
Lorenzo learns that the tendon in his hand is torn and blames Sara for what happened. The woman, mortified, decides to take a walk on the beach. There, by chance, she comes across a party where, between one beer and another, she meets Andrea. Completely drunk, the two end up in bed together.
Sara and Enrica decide to track down Dr. Williams who could operate on Lorenzo's hand, but the doctor is on vacation and refuses to work. Among the doctor's plans is to visit Rome by carriage, but a strike prevents him from doing so. So Sara and Enrica decide to "steal" one and take the man around Rome.
