It's Keshu and Koki's anniversary and Koki has planned a day out with her husband. But, after she finds a ladies handkerchief with letter 'r' in his pocket, Koki decides to leave the house. Keshu manages to convince Koki to stay back. Meanwhile, Dilruba and Prema, who have been searching for a new house, visit the flat next to Keshu's apartment.
Prema and Dilruba are having trouble with shifting their luggage to their new home. They find a helpful neighbour in Keshav who is adamant about helping them and getting on the good side of Prema.
Keshu's boss learns that an actress is Keshu's neighbor. The boss decides to pay a visit to Keshu's house and meet Prema. When the boss arrives, he meets Koki and mistakes her to be the actress.
Keshav decides to workout with Prema. Meanwhile, Dilruba tries to teach Koki some exercise Later, Dilruba and Prema arrive at Keshav's house for dinner. Here on, Koki begins to suspect that Keshav is hitting on Prema, while on the other hand Prema too suspects that Dilruba is hitting on Koki.
Keshav lies to koki and visits Prema's shooting location and creats chaos over there. Meanwhile, Dilruba visits Koki and tries to impress her.
It is found that Koki and Prema share the same birthday. Both Keshav and Dilruba gift each others' wives some present. Dilruba gifts Koki her favourite pearl necklace. But Keshav gets confused and gifts Prema a white Pomeranian, which she probably dislikes.
A thief has terrorised the locality and Keshav takes it upon himself to safeguard Prema from the thief. But, Keshav ends up being robbed by the thief. Later, Keshav is mistaken to be the thief by Dilruba and beaten up.
Prema sees Keshav in the balcony and gets irritated. She complains to Dilruba, who decides to take Keshav to task. When Dilruba arrives in the balcony, he sees Koki and does what Keshav did upon seeing Prema. Koki too like Prema complains to Keshav about Dilruba. In the ensuing conversation, Koki ends up challenging Keshav that he has to woo Prema.
Koki is mad at Keshav for what happened the previous night. But Keshav is surfing on cloud 9 and too happy to care. But as it turns out, if it's too good to be true, it probably is.
Koki is with an astrologer, who starts telling her what she wants to hear and Keshav walks in on them. Enraged Keshu throws him out of his house but later goes back to him as he becomes convinced of his powers.
Dilruba learns that there is a problem with Koki's eyesight and she might not be able to see again. Similarly, Keshav learns that Prema is not able to walk. Keshav decides to find a cure to Prema's problem. He learns that Prema's problem can be cured by touch.
Keshav wants to find out if his wife has really become blind or she is merely acting. When Keshav is at Prema's house trying to heal Prema's leg injury, Koki arrives and reveals that her eyes are perfectly fine. Later, Koki's mother is paying her a visit. Next door, it's Prema's father who is arriving shortly.
Koki's mom is in town and she is on Keshu's case head to toe. Prema's father also gets to know of Keshu's intentions but their confrontal caused both the parents meet each other that led to love at first sight amongst them.
Keshu gets to know about Koki's mom and Prema's father. They are trying to keep the relation under cover but Keshu assigns Golkhande to uncover the truth but the circumstance they meet him turns out to be a complicated one.

Kulkarni and Koki are having dinner with Prema and Dilruba in a chinese restaurant while Keshu and Golkhande are spying on them to figure out if there is any interesting romance happening. Kulkarni offers to pay the bill but is shocked when he sees it.
Kokila requests Keshav to attend Pandit Somnathji's spiritual discourses to lead a better life. Keshav begins to behave like a Baba after attending the religious event.
Kokila decides to wear salwar kameez to divert Keshav's attention and bring him out of Baba's influence. She dresses up and flirts with Dilruba to teach him a lesson.
Chintu requests Prema to act as his mother before his teacher, in the absence of Kokila and Keshav. The facade gets even more hilarious when Director Toto has to play Chintu's father.
Keshav gets an idea and decides to inform Prema that there is a ghost in Setia's bungalow. Prema visits the bungalow with Keshav, who gets terrified after feeling the presence of a ghost.
Prema and Keshav get terrified after spending some time in the haunted house. Prema finds that something is not right and one of Setia's men might be involved. Later, Prema has to pretend that she is pregnant in order to avoid a certain producer.
Keshav is disappointed after learning that Prema is pregnant. He arrives on the sets to help Prema. Later, seeing that the Prema's baby bump has visibly reduced, Keshav decides to find out the truth and barges into Prema's house.
Dilruba wants to show Prema that Keshav is not as decent as she presumes he is. He hires an actress, Jwala, for the assignment and asks her to flirt with Keshav.
Dilruba's plan is working as Prema questions Keshav's character seeing him getting close to Jwala. Keshav tries to explain but in vain. Finally, Dilruba decides to end the drama and asks Jwala to put a 'The End' to the short story.
Keshav is told that his wife has passed away. When he arrives home, he finds Dilruba crying inconsolably. When Prema pays him a visit, Keshav shares his sorrow with her.
Keshav meets various woman after the supposed death of Koki in order to restart his life. Koki follows Keshav and gets dejected seeing her husband having forgotten her. Finally, Keshav's plan is successful and Koki ends up revealing that she is alive.
Keshav notices that Prema is hungry. He asks Koki to prepare extra chapatis so that he can give it to Prema. While Prema is having the food, journalists arrive at her rally.

Urvashi, Prema's junior, is on the cover of a magazine. Urvashi is climbing up the ladder of fame thanks to the photo shoot. The media starts avoiding Prema as Urvashi is creating a buzz. Prema feels Urvashi will soon replace her.
Keshav and Koki are in search of a housemaid. Dilruba is delighted to hear this and decides to become Koki's housemaid. He disguises as a woman and gets a job as a housemaid in Koki and Keshav's house.
Dilruba, who is pretending to be Paro, gains the trust of Koki. Prema too fails to recognize Dilruba in his disguise. Later, a scuffle ensues between Koki and Dilruba and the disguise is finally revealed to Koki and Keshav.
Koki gets a supposed movie deal for two lakhs. Dilruba helps Koki with her script lines. Keshav gets a suggestion from his office friend that the movie might be a dupe, and his wife might be in trouble, so he calls the police and the fakes get caught.
