Tae-ju asks his wife, Se-yun, for a divorce. The next day, she vanishes and he gets an unknown call.
While at his in-laws' for help, Tae-ju gets another strange call. Se-yun wakes up in a strange room.
Tae-ju escapes the police to save his wife. Se-yun learns the meaning of the girl in the red hat.
Tae-ju breaks through a police dragnet, but a photo of a brutally murdered woman stops him cold.
