DJ Jake Cross is perfectly happy playing the music he likes in the late night slot at Completely Radio but when breakfast show presenter Lincoln Jones drops down dead Jake's manager wants him to take over, though it involves gimmicks and cheesy catch phrases alien to Jake. Initially reluctant a night out in the company of Ryan Gosling gives Jake some street cred and he agrees to take the job. But then Lincoln's widow has a word with him...

Dane is twenty-nine but still lives with his parents - his bedroom being the cluttered room where his mother keeps her cleaning materials and he is considered unfavourably alongside sarcastic twin sister Kadean. He feels stuck in his clerical job with hated boss Steve and would love to make his own way in the world, supported by girl-friend Nicola. Unfortunately all his aspirations come to nothing.

Sitcom pilot set in a pupil referral unit for out-of-control kids. Mab, Lauren and Kieran try to negotiate being 'weirdos' in smalltown Scotland. Mab deals with trying to get a new boyfriend before getting rid of the old one, while Lauren tries to shake off unwanted attention from the scary Erin.

After Hattie's disastrous first term at university her parents decide it's probably best to bring her home to recover. Home to suffocating parental love, unwanted childhood admirers, overbearing neighbours and the utter impossibility of escape.
