Containing the first ever Honeymooners sketch originally broadcast on the Dumont Network. Ralph comes home for dinner only to find out that there is no bread. Alice (played by Pert Kelton) asked Ralph to pick up some bread but naturally Ralph didn't do it. A lot of shouting leads to the breadbox and dinner going right out the window. An innocent bystander below (you'll see him again in later episodes) gets dusted by a can of flour. He turns out to be a cop. The sketch runs about 6:28 minutes.
Ralph is steamed because he can't find his razor blades in this early Honeymooners sketch. Alice remains calm but not before Ralph does some damage. This skit runs 5:10 minutes.
Alice gets a new television on a try it before you buy it plan. Ralph doesn't feel they can afford it and threatens to send it back. He finds out from the salesman that Alice was like a little girl when she first saw it. Softy Ralph really will do anything for Alice. Sketch runs 8:22 minutes and features the new characters of Norton and Trixie.
In this 6:34 minute sketch Ralph threatens to leave Alice over an extra meatball. Can he really leave her?
Alice and Ralph try to get ready for a big dance. Things don't go smoothly in this 8:20 minute sketch.
Ralph finds a note from a man who wants to see Alice when Ralph goes out bowling. Is she fooling around? Joyce Randolph makes her first appearance as Trixie in the 8:52 minute skit.
A Christmas party is happening in the Kramdens' Brooklyn apartment with plenty of visitors including Ed and Trixie. Jackie Gleason playing Ralph and many other characters.
