Iccha requests Babbal to release her from the bottle. Babbal’s family get shocked to see a white snake on his bed. Babbal stops them from attacking the snake.
Babbal tells Kausalya that a goddess has come to meet him in the guise of his wife. Iccha asks Babbal to throw Khadak’s plant out of their house. Babbal learns that Appu is aware of Iccha’s real identity.
Khadak tells his family that they should bring a Mongoose in their house. Iccha’s father angrily tells Kausalya that he will not allow Iccha to stay in her house. A snake charmer comes to Kausalya’s house.
A snake charmer asks Babbal to give her the address of Naagistan. She also informs Babbal that Iccha’s father has beaten Khadak.
Khadak is adamant that he will one day catch a shape-shifting snake. Meanwhile, Ichha walks into the room and tries to change Khadak's attitude about shape-shifting snakes but her efforts go in vain. Later, Ichha is stunned when Babbal informs her that he has decided to take Naaganjana to Naagistan.
Babbal reaches Naagistan with Naaganjana but the loyal guard of Naagistan stops Babbal from advancing any further. As Naaganjana is about to enter the portal to Naagistan, she is trapped in a glass box. Naaganjana realises that Babbal has been cheating her all this while showing his allegiance towards. An infuriated Naaganjana vows to take revenge on Babbal.
Bollywood actor Ritesh Deshmukh, who is playing the role of Champak, a thief, in his new film Bank Chor, manages to fool the family members. Champak makes them believe that he is a police officer. When the real police officers arrive, the family members believe Champak instead of the real cops.
Babbal and Iccha are against the family's decision of tasking Bhulakkad with Sabal's wedding photography. However, Sabal insists that Bhulakkad will be his wedding photographer. A concerned Iccha and Babbal decides to come up with a solution to spare the blushes of the family during the wedding.

Sur Suri disguises herself as Waku but her disguise fails to fool Iccha as she figures out about her true identity. Iccha persuades Sur Suri to return to the Naglok. Later, Iccha confines Prabal. Iccha is caught by Mamta in the store room. In the store room, Mamta hears Prabal's voice. Babbal assures Mamta that Prabal is not in the store room and takes her away. Iccha is worried that their secret will revealed to the family members soon.

During the game of truth and dare, Iccha tries to confess her truth but fails to do so. Babbal tells Iccha that before exposing them to her truth, it is important to make them realize how important she is in their lives. He asks Iccha to disappear and take her naagin form and watch as he tells them that Iccha has left the house. However, things go south as Dadi locks up iccha in her almirah by mistake.
Dadi is shocked to find Iccha in an unconscious state. Then, Babbal helps Iccha regain consciousness. Babbal informs Iccha that he cannot live without her. Then, a doctor arrives to check on Iccha. He decides to administer an injection to Iccha. But, he is startled when he fails to find any veins in Iccha's arm.
Dadi discovers, to her dismay, that Iccha is a shape-shifting snake (Icchadhari Naagin). The family members gather as Dadi slaps Iccha for hiding this fact from her. Babbal pleads with Dadi to forgive Iccha. But, Dadi orders that Iccha should leave the house the very moment.
Iccha's family arrives at Babbal's house from Naagistan in order to convince Kaushalya to change her decision about Iccha. However, despite everyone's desire to keep Iccha in the house, Kaushalya remains adamant and even threatens Iccha's family with violence. Just as Iccha and her family were about to leave, a miracle happens, and Lord Shiva appears at doorsteps of the Pratap House!
