Fr. Leo traces the beginnings of Christianity in the Philippines within historic Cebu, discussing Magellan’s arrival and death in Mactan and the deep devotion that grew afterwards.

Fr. Leo continues his time in Cebu, visiting Marian shrines and learning how the ancient dogmas shaped Filipino devotion today expressed through pilgrimages and prayer.

Fr. Leo ventures into Davao in Mindanao, visiting Christian communities within a predominantly Muslim region, the Carmelite monastery, and a humble neighborhood church.
