Tina arrives at Lady Booring's Academy of Traditional Wisdom For Young Ladies where she is horrified to learn the school is locked in a pre-technology state by Headmistress Hein. Fortunately, Tina meets a group of girls who have access to the Internet. Unfortunately, they're intent on pranking the school with the hope that they can ruin its reputation and save future generations from "the dark ages." They insist Tina help if she wants access to the Internet herself.
Rebelle sees the perfect opportunity to pull a prank and shake up Mrs. Hein’s foxtrot lesson!
(Possibly so she can dance with her crush, Patrick…). Rebelle wants Frances to DJ, disguised in a light-up helmet and boys uniform, but Frances is leaning toward a hard pass. Tina offers Rebelle a deal. Frances will step out of her comfort zone IF Rebelle will step out of hers by asking out Patrick…
Mrs. Hein hauls Tina into her office to interrogate her. Tina must choose. Will she tattle on the girls of L.A.S.S. and spend her time at the school as Mrs. Hein’s star pupil? Or will she risk defying Hein, failing all her classes forever and losing her dream of being an astronaut, for a group of girls she just met?
Bored with planning the year-end prank, the L.A.S.S. girls turn to alternate forms of entertainment. Ava creates a video game in which Hein is the villain. Meanwhile, Rebelle leads Frances and Tina through a rage-inducing role playing game quest.
The girls troll some trolls lurking in the comment section of Rebelle’s website. With love,
support and humour they help Rebelle deal with them. Frances is bullied in real life by The Perfects but even the support of her friends might not be enough to help her…
Ava is caught squatting in a supply closet with a tablet (“Ladies do not squat!”). In response to
these flagrant rule violations Hein orders a search of the school from attic to basement with the
aid of her Perfects. If they find anything amiss (like a club house crammed with incriminating
banned technology…) it will be the end of the Secret Society!
Ava finds herself deep in an all-night-video-gaming-cheeto-eating depression. Without Ava’s help the year end prank will not go forward… Tina has a heart to heart with her dad.
Tina discovers that Frances miiiiiiiight be on the edge of becoming an evil super villain… She’ll have to heal some major divides between the members of L.A.S.S. in order to thwart her evil plans.
When a school board trustee arrives for an unexpected tour, the girls see their chance. If they do nothing, the school will be shut down for being out of date. The LASS members are over the moon excited, until they realize the closure of the school will mean they are separated to other schools and their club-house dismantled. Sometimes you want something so badly that you lose sight of why you want it…
