Jonathan, suspected of committing a hate crime, is the target of a Mr. Big operation, a unique investigative method used by the police unit that creates elaborate ploys to get their target to confess to a major crime. Jeff manages to gain his trust by playing a fearless criminal. Ana, the new recruit, wins Jonathan over at a crucial moment.

Louis Bernier, a compulsive gambler, is suspected of strangling a female dealer. The Mr. Big unit approaches Louis and devises a plot in which Jeff persuades the target to join a fake Gamblers Anonymous group chaired by Francis. Having money problems, Louis agrees to commit petty crimes with Jeff, who promises him a future within "The Organization." Ana, who is part of the support group, catches Louis's attention.

Louis, convinced that Ana is a police officer, is out of control. A change of plan is needed. Francis discovers the target's weakness and decides to use it to manipulate him. Jeff must deal with a personal situation with the mysterious Rose. Since Louis is a compulsive gambler, the team offers him a way to make money by organizing an underground poker tournament to get the suspect to meet "Mr. Big" to obtain his confession.

Meanwhile, Rose receives a completely unexpected visitor. Jeff finds a new assistant for a mission. To help him, she confesses. Ana finds herself in a situation that puts her and the ongoing operation in danger.

Sidelined during this operation following her last intervention, Ana tries to consider her future. To force the suspect to reveal his true nature, the agents deliberately provoke his anger until the big reveal.

For this scenario, Joëlle plays a new employee at the morgue, while Ana becomes the target's new love interest. Jeff, Sylvain's softball teammate, introduces him to Clément with the aim of offering him an illegal deal to force a confession.
