Iris has become increasingly comfortable in Malmö and as Head of the Cold Case Unit. They have a new case on their hands: a body has been found buried outside Ystad near a manor house.
Iris is back in Malmoe and threatened with suspension. A new acting chief is to be appointed and Kerstin feels ready to take over.
Iris finally gets hold of Adam in Spain. They have managed to arrest Van Voorst, but the only person he wants to talk to is Iris
