Work hard, party harder! Ten party enthusiasts have to prove all their nightlife talents in the new reality original "Party Workers" on Mallorca to earn their comfortable party stay

The welcome party for the ten Party Workers at the Finca is wild. By the end, some are already very close, including hot plans for the night. However, the night turns out quite differently than planned, because one of the party workers has a different idea of a good night's sleep than the rest. When cleaning up in the morning, all the conflicts from the last 24 hours are directly unloaded.

For three of the ten Party Workers, it's their first job. In the Chic Lounge, Julian, Laura and Angelica show what they've got. Meanwhile, in the finca, a kiss confession causes tempers to flare. The next morning, the Party Workers tremble at the announcement of the first job evaluation and learn what's in store for them next.

After the bonds of friendship have been strengthened, it's off to the next party job for Mel, Chris and Rose. In Munich's Kindl Arena, the three try to bring home green cards and thus a reward for the whole WG. In the finca, they party wildly and spray cream is misappropriated to everyone's delight.

A new morning, a new fight: Nice, these Party Workers rituals! In addition, the Party Workers find out how Rose, Mel and Chris did on the job and all get a little closer. In the evening, one of the Party Workers has news to announce that needs to be digested first.

The new party job is making waves: Six of the Party Workers start to falter when they try to pick up three green cards. In the finca, the rest plan a big prank for the return of the Party Workers and get surprising support.

On their return, the party boat crew meets a new roommate and a dry surprise at the minibar. In a game, the Party Workers have to prove real team spirit. In a hangover mood, it is decided that order must be ramped up and alcohol consumption must be ramped down. Marco, Ben and Tom find out how they mastered their jobs.

At the finca, a decision by Tom causes trouble among the party workers. A pool party lets the quarrel fade into oblivion, until a job message causes dark clouds to gather once again. While four party workers prove their qualities in Krümels Stadl, Angelica and Tom start their pampering program.

Four party workers give their best in Krümel's barn while Tom and Angelica enjoy their pampering programme in the finca. When the job crew returns home, they find an empty house and unauthorised visitors in the pool house. The next morning, the wellness programme goes full throttle into the next round, while one team member has to take an individual punishment.

A surprise awaits the Party Workers in the finca garden, which not everyone likes. While the collective punishment is in its first stages, one party worker has to serve her own individual punishment. Before things get really uncomfortable in the night, the finca residents get closer to each other during a party game. The next day begins in the old Party Workers tradition with lots of naked skin, arguments and tears.

The new day at the Party Workers Finca in three words: games, arguments and well, more arguments. A round day ends just as it began. In between the arguments, affection is exchanged and an intelligence test is taken. For Rose, Marco and Angelica it's off to the next party job in the Latino Bar.

Marco, Laura and Angelica give their all at their job in the Latino Bar. At the finca, the evening is once again rather damp and sad than happy. Angelica and Marco also heat up the atmosphere when they return to the finca. The next day, the party workers find out whether the results of the party job have finally improved the mood.

Things get exciting at the finca: Marco, Rose and Angelica inform the party workers of a decision. In conversation, at least one conflict from the previous night can be resolved to everyone's satisfaction. After a mobile phone message, Tom, Laura and Nathalie get ready for their next job at the Beach House. While the three show what they are made of, a car chase ends in tenderness at the finca.

At the Beach House, Tom, Nathalie and Laura go full throttle - but one of the three party workers is on the brakes at the same time. At the finca, Julian and Angelica get closer. The next morning, a mobile phone message makes waves. Whether the evaluation of the job causes a lull, the party-hungry group finds out in front of an unusually beautiful backdrop.

It's going to be wild for six party workers - they have to master two extraordinary challenges. Angelica gets hold of a very special trophy. In the evening, the finca residents show what they have learned about themselves during the time, only to be able to use it against each other the next morning. A mobile phone message sends Mel, Ben and Angelica on their next job.

In the Capri Bar, Ben, Angelica and Mel prove one last time that they are real party workers - even the rest are ready to show what they are made of. The job doesn't go as smoothly as usual, especially for Angelica, and even after a U-turn it causes a bad mood. The next day, the finca residents find out how the three of them did on the job and start the last day on an emotional roller coaster.
