Aleya feels she is still not happy with Azril even though he treats her very well. She is torn between continuing the relationship or leaving Azril and their children for the sake of her own happiness.

Unexpectedly, Aleya has an accident. She feels disabled and believes that Azril is not sincere in taking care of her. Meanwhile, Azhar is still angry with Azril, leading him to fight with his own father.
