Sarah is a mom, entrepreneur, and social media star that needs Scott's help to renovate her and her husband Shane's run-down cottage. The goal is to attract other content creators for both work and play. Scott and Debra transform this waterfront gem into a cotton candy contemporary cottage that will be memorable online and in person.

Brothers Caleb and Jordan want to run a string of short-term rentals before they turn 30; Scott is happy to mentor these ambitious young men and teaches them how to convert an old farmhouse on a bison ranch into a rip-roaring, ready-to-rent.
