A teary-eyed Baa embraces Paakhi and declares that she owes the latter her life. Later, while Naksh and Paakhi spend some romantic moments together, Baa walks into the room.

Rimjim gets extremely worried when she sees the nurses bringing an unconscious Moushmi into the house. Her hired goon later sneaks into Moushmi's room to kill her.
Following Rimjim's instructions, the goon confesses that he was the one who poisoned Moushmi. Naksh later tends to Paakhi's wounds.
Holding a knife to Natasha's neck, Paakhi secretly records a video of the former declaring that she tried to poison the kids at the orphanage and planned to frame Baa for it. However, her attempts to expose Natasha fail miserably.
Natasha and Rimjim team up to ruin Paakhi's attempts to prove her innocence. Later, when Paakhi returns home, the family members accuse her of framing Baa and getting her arrested.
Baa returns home on being released from prison after her innocence is proved. Later, Natasha is left shocked and heartbroken after learning about Akash's feelings for her.

Natasha reprimands Rimjim for revealing to everyone that Paakhi was the former's dubbing artist, but Rimjim silences her. Later, miserable over Baa's condition, Naksh holds a gun to his head and compels Paakhi to sign the divorce papers.
When Naksh gives Baa the signed divorce papers, she shocks the family by burning them to ashes. Stating that only Paakhi should be punished for the family's humiliation, she asks Paakhi to give up her voice by undergoing an operation.
When Paakhi refuses to team up with her, Natasha grows determined to save the former's voice at all costs. She later arrives at the house to reveal the truth to the family members but gets knocked unconscious by Rimjim.
Rimjim is left horrified when she learns that Moushmi has regained consciousness. The doctor soon reveals that though Moushmi is unable to talk for the time being, she will recover quickly.
Rimjim waits for the right moment to put her plan into motion and get rid of Paakhi once and for all. Later, Pinky knocks the goon unconscious and rescues Natasha.
When the lights come back on, Paakhi is found dead on the floor with blood flowing from her head. When Natasha accuses Rimjim of killing Paakhi, the family refuses to believe her.
Just as Rimjim is about to inject Moushmi with a harmful chemical, Paakhi arrives at the scene and stops her, leaving the former shell-shocked. Later, Paakhi exposes Rimjim's true colours in the presence of the family.
Naksh pours his heart out to his mother, stating that he feels extremely guilty for ill-treating Paakhi. Later, the family arranges for Paakhi and Naksh's marriage for the second time.
The entire family is left anxious when they learn that Rimjim has escaped from prison. She soon abducts Paakhi and gives Naksh a call, asking him to meet her at a designated location.
After being tricked by Rimjim, Naksh returns home and finds her holding his entire family captive. She proceeds to put forth a condition for him to fulfill in exchange for Paakhi's life.
While Rimjim tries to get romantic with a frustrated Naksh, Paakhi manages to free herself. She soon arrives in time and stops Naksh from giving in to Rimjim's demand.
Rimjim compels Naksh to shoot Paakhi, but he threatens to shoot himself instead. The police soon arrive at the scene and arrest Rimjim and her hired goons.
Natasha arrives at the house with gifts and bundles of cash for Paakhi, to get her to resume dubbing for her. However, Paakhi gives her a fitting reply, leaving her furious and humiliated.
A vengeful Natasha tells Rimjim that she wishes to kill Paakhi. Consequently, Rimjim disguises herself as a maid and enters the house.
When Naksh regains consciousness, the family learns that he has lost his memory and is under the impression that Rimjim is his wife. Later, Moushmi apologises to Paakhi for bringing Rimjim into the house.
Mamta plays a move to prevent Naksh and Rimjim from spending the night together in the same room. Later, Paakhi vows to send Rimjim back to prison.
The doctor informs Paakhi of a way to help Naksh regain his memories. In the meantime, Rimjim is determined to separate Naksh and Paakhi for good and comes up with an evil plan.
Paakhi prepares mocktails for the family but Rimjim mixes alcohol in one of the glasses and gives it to Naksh. Later, an intoxicated Naksh mistakes Rimjim for Paakhi.
The doctor informs the family that Naksh's condition has gotten worse after his fall. Later, crying bitterly, Paakhi blames herself for all of Naksh's problems.

Naksh reveals to Paakhi that he has regained his memories, following which they team up against Rimjim. On the other hand, Rimjim continues to blackmail Naksh with pictures of them getting intimate with each other.
Mamta slaps Naksh after getting her hands on a few pictures of him getting intimate with Rimjim. Later, Mamta, Paakhi and Naksh decide to work together and get rid of Rimjim.
