Amandeep Singh is an animator and filmmaker who often explores ways of storytelling through animation that aren't used often enough, to hopefully find new ways of making an engaging piece.
Amandeep grew up in Hopkinton, MA and always had a special place for cartoons and storytelling in his heart. A programmer and financial data analyst in his past life with filmmaking constantly on his mind, Amandeep made the leap to pursuing animation as his main career by enrolling in the Film and Animation MFA program at RIT, concentrating in 2D Animation.
Two of Amandeep's student films have been selected for RIT's "Best of the Best Student Films” annual showcase, shown at the Dryden Theater in the George Eastman Museum. His films have been selected to screen at many festivals around the world, winning multiple awards in various categories. Amandeep just received his Masters in Fine Arts in Film and Animation at Rochester Institute of Technology.
