Kathy Pearson

Kathy Pearson, birth name "Kathleen Johnston", is the mother of Dez Pearson and wife of Grant Pearson, and is also quite actively involved in theater. She is most known for stage managing and producing shows, primarily for Des Moines Young Artists' Theater. She also participates in Dez's filmmaking projects, mostly working on the production side of things.

Currently, she is directing the Class Act Productions stage show "CAP Radio Hour", alongside Dez, who is assistant directing. She is also a board producer for DMYAT's "Adam's Family".
