Petter Hörnfeldt

Petter Hörnfeldt is a Swedish airline captain and aviation educator, best known for the Mentour Pilot YouTube channel he founded in 2015. Born in 1981 near Örnsköldsvik in northern Sweden, he began flying professionally as a teenager and went on to become a training captain, type-rating instructor and examiner on the Boeing 737. Drawing on more than 10,000 flight hours, he breaks down aviation accidents, safety and airline operations for a global audience of professionals and enthusiasts.
