Victor Piñeiro

Victor Piñeiro is a Puerto Rican-born American author, writer and artist best known for the Pura Belpré Honor Book The Island of Forgotten Gods, and the International Latino Book Award winner, Time Villains. His books have also been named Kirkus Best Book of the Year and Amazon Book of the Month. Victor leads digital innovation at HBO Max, ran social media for YouTube & Skittles, designed games for Hasbro, wrote and produced an award-winning documentary on virtual worlds, and taught third graders.
