Rafael Hastings

Rafael Hastings, born Abelardo Rafael Indacochea (Lima, 1945 – Ibídem, March 29, 2020), was a Peruvian artist, writer, and cultural manager. His work was characterized by questioning the boundaries between artistic disciplines, considering his different media as "different calligraphies of the same process." His work encompassed painting, video, film, performance, and poetry.
